We exceed expectations by providing a meaningful choice of candidates and a thorough process which includes six main phases.

Phase 1:
Initial Search Assessment

  • We determine all of the decision-makers involved in the search to establish;
  • Why you are hiring for this position
  • Your firm's business, culture and growth objectives
  • The position specifications, including responsibilities, desired experience, skills, and compensation package
  • We review the current leadership team
  • Establish interview process and timeframes

Phase 2:
Develop a Recruiting Plan & Search Execution Strategy

  • We help to create a compelling "Position Profile" that can be shared with qualified candidates
  • Conduct research of the market
  • Document target and "hands-off" sources
  • Kick off the search internally

Phase 3:
Contact & Screen Prospective Candidates

  • We make initial contact with prospective candidates to evaluate their qualifications (experience, motivation, culture fit, etc.)
  • Execute a non-disclosure act (NDA) between the candidate and Celeritas
  • Educate candidates about the firm and career opportunity
  • Share Position Profile with qualified, interested candidates
  • We then present 3-5 qualified candidates to your business, from which you select those to be interviewed (with guidance from Celeritas)

Phase 4:
Interviews

  • We help to coordinate interviews
  • We follow-up and debrief both client and candidate after interviews to decide the next course of action
  • We support in choosing a finalist and wrap up interviews
  • Complete reference checks and share client/candidate feedback

Phase 5:
Offer Stage

  • At the offer stage, we confirm that the candidate will accept the position
  • We discuss counteroffers in advance, before delivering the job offer
  • Prepare the candidate for giving notice
  • Establish a start date
  • We then stay in close contact with both client and candidate throughout the notice period

Phase 6:
Start Date & Follow Up

  • Post-offer, we stay involved to establish a successful onboarding plan
  • Follow up with your firm to ensure the candidate is as expected
  • Follow up with the candidate regularly to ensure a successful transition
  • Provide appropriate feedback to client and candidate throughout the process
