Our client is an early-stage enterprise SaaS company offering an AI-driven platform that accelerates business transactions by automatically reviewing and revising pre-execution contracts. They are looking for an experienced Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or Legal Technology sales professional to focus on the financial services market. 


Users simply send a contract to the platform and the platform provides a revised draft, meeting the user's particular standards a minute later. In less time than it would take to print the contract, the proprietary AI technology has reviewed and revised it just like an attorney. No other product on the market can do this. They currently have several Fortune 500 companies as customers and earlier this year closed a round of capital and is well funded. The company was founded by a serial legal tech entrepreneur with a large exit in the space already under his belt.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for hunting net new revenue.
  • Develops and maintains client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
  • Develops and executes account strategy by collaborating with account team
  • Cultivates customer relationships 



  • Experience selling legal technology or contract management to the the financial services 
  • Track record of selling to the Enterprise including Legal and Procurement
  • Successfully track record selling SaaS, software or Managed Services to the “CLOC” or Legal Operations community
