The Assistant Director of Business Development provides strategic direction and implementation support for client-expansion and new business development activities for the Corporate practice groups.  The ideal candidate thrives in a matrixed organization, balancing the needs of the firm’s clients against business initiatives and goals.  The Assistant Director will be instrumental in connecting stakeholders and colleagues across product lines to drive strategic initiatives and enable revenue growth. This is a Chicago based position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated success in a marketing and/or business development-related position, either in the professional services arena or in a comparable position(s) in the corporate, trade association, or academic sectors.
