The Brand Manager is part of a team that provides design and graphics support firm-wide. The manager works with lawyers, as well as professionals from the firm’s marketing, communications, business development, diversity & inclusion, recruiting, and pro bono departments across all firm offices to develop and implement brand strategies to meet established goals while maintaining the firm’s brand standards. The Brand Manager will play a leadership role in helping to manage and implement the firm’s new corporate identity program, which will impact all internal and external communications materials, both print and digital.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, graphic design or related field. A minimum of seven (7) or more years of marketing experience, preferably with a law firm or professional services firm. Experience in managing a branding campaign and maintaining brand standards. Advanced graphic design skills and experience; in particular, thorough knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools. Ability to adapt and master various web-based and software tools such as Wrike, WordPress, LexBlog, Vuture, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and other marketing-related tools. Ability to create customized templates for firm use (Word/PowerPoint/Adobe/In Design). Understanding of assorted DAM (Data Asset Management) platforms. Proficiency in PDF creation (including interactive) and manipulation (Acrobat Pro).
