A leading consulting firm seeks a talented business development director focusing on eDiscovery, information governance, data privacy, contract analysis, and document review. 


Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate the significant value proposition of the firm’s entire portfolio, instilling confidence among clients with your personal credibility, experience, and established footprint in the eDiscovery space. 
  • Consistently qualify and generate opportunities that provide profitable revenue. Build and maintain an effective pipeline, executing each phase of the sales process. 
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of products, services, the customer, and key competitors to create value-based solutions and uncover customer needs. 
  • Work collaboratively as a team member, providing leadership and orchestrating internal and external resources to effectively manage the sales process.


Qualifications:

  • Possess a track record of at least five years of success in selling a minimum of $3m annually.
