The ideal candidate will identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive new business and customer satisfaction. The candidate should understand pre- and post-signature CLM processes and identify where corporations are in their CLM journey. Recognizing risks and opportunities in signed agreements is crucial, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory inquiries, and data breaches.
A strong grasp of contract analytics platforms and their functionalities is essential. The candidate should be able to explain contract extraction and analysis processes and have experience staffing review teams for document processing after analytics or AI applications. Knowledge of contract AI tools and how corporations can review generated data is necessary. The candidate must provide data in formats like comparisons, highlights, structured data, and dashboards. Successful sales of outsourced AI-related services, with at least four years of relevant experience, are essential.
