A well respected consulting and eDiscovery services company is searching for an experienced Data Analytics professional. This person will provide a consulting on the effective use of analytics and machine learning for data analysis leveraging Brainspace. This position allows for diversity in responsibility, client interaction, a high level of professional development, and the opportunity to help build and strengthen the Analytics service line.


  • Serve a consultant to clients and internal teams on analytics and machine learning projects; guide clients on effective use of analytics and data analysis techniques to optimize data sets and review
  • Gather and synthesize case information and client goals to include in the case strategy and workflow
  • Execute analytics technology within agreed upon parameters of a case
  • Provide defensible validation solutions through the use of statistical principals to validate workflows and technology
  • Report results to clients and internal stakeholders via reports and status updates
  • Maintain effective collaboration with other teams to deliver superior client service
  • Train and mentor team members
  • Provide guidance and review eDiscovery protocols and case management orders
  • Create documentation for best practices on analytics workflows
  • Provide case supervision and mentoring and support to Sales & Marketing

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in Data Analytics, Statistics, etc.; advanced degree or JD preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience consulting and managing projects utilizing Brainspace; analytics and machine learning in litigation and/or e-Discovery
  • Requires a thorough understanding of all phases of EDRM
  • Ability to navigate the UI, and the ability to execute customized workflows with minimal supervision
  • Relativity Certified Administrator RCA, Brainspace Certified Analyst certification desired
  • Ability to interact and communicate with both project managers and teams to identify best workflows for eDiscovery projects
  • Ability to generate custom reports for management and stakeholders
  • Strong client-service orientation
  • Ability to work concurrently on projects and flexibility in shifting focus
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a teamwork approach to assignments
  • Willingness to travel and meet position needs outside of regular business hours
  • Exceptional problem-solving, reasoning and analytical skills
