Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 law firm, is actively searching for an experienced litigator to join the firm’s eDiscovery practice as an Of Counsel.  Candidates must have substantive legal ediscovery experience in connection with commercial litigation, products liability cases, antitrust matters and internal and government investigations. Experience with privacy and data protection are a plus. 

The ideal candidate understands eDiscovery issues such as TAR, preservation information governance, and emerging technology challenges, and has outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication and strong academic credentials.
