A leading global Am Law 50 firm is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Staff Attorney. The ideal candidate will have five years of substantial experience in litigation and eDiscovery, as well as familiarity with Relativity One. They should be well-versed in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including data preservation, collection, review, and production.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating search terms and ESI protocols, managing technology-assisted review workflows, and advising internal and external clients on discovery strategy. Strong skills in persuasive writing, oral communication, legal research, and investigation are essential. 

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and experience from an Am Law 200 firm are required.

- Five years of experience in eDiscovery.

- Proficiency in Relativity One.

- Experience with data preservation, collection coordination, drafting ESI protocols, and production specifications.

- Candidates must hold an active membership in the Bar Association of Illinois, Pennsylvania, or Washington State.
