Our client, a globally recognized leader in supply chain management solutions, software, and tech-enabled services, is searching for a Vertical Team Leader to head its commercial division supporting the technology and telecommunications segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cross-team, Business Unit, and Subject Matter Expert collaboration to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to help drive a vertical strategy. Help with vertical messaging to market by leveraging known successful use cases from the vertical portfolio and commonalities across those accounts. Build in the market vertical image:

 

-Public speaking at conferences, webinars, podcasts, etc.

 

-Organize client events, roundtables, trainings, etc.

 

-Create client alerts and thought leadership. 

 

-Build and maintain a vertical knowledge hub.

 

-Account Management of key accounts. 

 

-Mentor the vertical and broader teams on their work and support efforts. 

 

-Grow the vertical annual recurring revenue through account growth and support New Logo Revenue.

 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
Ten (10) years of real-world management consulting experience in supply chain risk management. A successful track record of selling and supporting services and supply chain software applications. A strong understanding of the supply chain SaaS market - the solutions, the competitive landscape, buyer profiles, and critical issues driving the markets across big tech and telecommunications. MBA preferred.
