Our client, a globally recognized law firm within the top rankings of the Am Law 50, looking for an Innovation and Technology Solutions Attorney. This is a pivotal role where you will operate as a non-practicing attorney, collaborating closely with key practice group leaders and supporting staff. Your mission will be to evaluate and fulfill the technological needs of both the firm's attorneys and their clientele. By pioneering strategic initiatives and endorsing the integration of applications and technology solutions at the practice group level, your efforts will aim to elevate efficiency and optimize workflow processes throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Remain abreast of new technology trends that could revolutionize legal service delivery, including but not limited to data rooms, document automation, artificial intelligence for contract review, and eDiscovery.

Seek out and capitalize on opportunities to implement existing and new technologies within specific practice areas, spearhead pilot programs, and evaluate products and services that could enhance legal operations.

Propose strategic plans for the adoption of technology solutions, policies, and software tools geared towards benefiting the attorneys and their clients.

Build and nurture relationships with external vendors and industry groups to ensure the firm remains at the cutting edge of technological innovation.

Work hand in hand with both local technology teams and global technology support services, guaranteeing comprehensive support for practicing attorneys.

Minimum Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Active Bar membership and at least four (4) years of experience practicing law.

Experience with technology solutions and software tools, including but not limited to document management systems, eDiscovery platforms, legal research databases, document automation, data rooms, and case management software.
