The Event Planner will assist with leading, planning, and supporting marketing events, sponsorships, and various special projects related to marketing and developing business for the firm. The position works closely with the Director of Events, the Chief Marketing Officer, attorneys, and clients and contacts of the firm. Responsibilities expand across event support and include:
Coordinate the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events for marketing and client development receptions and seminars; client and corporate in-house education; the firm’s women’s business initiative. This position will handled all event planning and execution repsonsbilities from start to finish.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum four years of experience in a professional business environment, with at least two years of experience in the management and production of large and small events ranging from conferences and briefings to receptions, hospitality, and other social functions.
