Description

A well established eDiscovery and Information Governance company is actively recruiting a remote Marketing Manager that will lead the marketing function and work closely with leadership. This is both strategic and a hands on position focused on campaigns, messaging and content. 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Coach, mentor, motivate, train, and oversee the team
  • Create and edit various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides
  • Work with the company stakeholders to develop the overall marketing strategy 
  • Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media campaigns
  • Evaluate department content needs, develop project strategies, and support creation of marketing content that will maximize impact of media investments
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative user growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendors/partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies
  • Coordinate with departments and others to ensure alignment on initiatives that may directly or indirectly impact brand

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Portfolio of previous work 
  • Experience with content management systems, marketing software, email marketing platforms and social media platforms
  • Excellent leadership, communication, time management and organization skills
  • Strong proofing and editing skills 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest marketing trends
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Pardot, HTML, CSS
