A well-established legal software company is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to represent their full product line to mid-sized law firms nationally in this direct sales position. This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience selling legal services or software to lawyers, and ideally the C-suite. This is a great opportunity for a legal services salesperson to move in the software space.
This individual will be responsible for prospecting and driving new business, maintaining current client relationships, establishing cross-selling opportunities to bring on multiple products, submitting quotes and proposals, and delivering accurate sales forecasting while maintaining your KPIs. This salesperson must be confident in presenting the company’s software solutions to potential clients in order to secure new business.

This role is of key importance to the company sales strategy in North America. Your focus will be on new business along with the continued management of the existing client base of mid-tier law firms. You will be responsible for the growth of the customer base across the legal services market and will work to achieve significant monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Collaboration with the Marketing team will help you to network and prospect for new business. You will also be required to confidently demonstrate the software to potential clients of various levels and attend appropriate events.
Your negotiation skills are top notch, allowing you to close sales quickly at best margin. You have meticulous record keeping skills and are comfortable working within the CRM. You are a driven individual who is self-motivated and never backs away from a challenge. Extremely well organised and thorough are words your colleagues would use to describe you. Your natural knack for presenting and confident communication with a range of stakeholders is enviable. You are passionate and enthusiastic about what you do and are able to absorb, retain and recall information quickly. Your ability to listen to customers’ needs and communicate effectively helps you build the key relationships essential to your success. With 3 plus years of selling experience (ideally in software and/or services) you are sure to excel in this role.
