Search Consultant  (Recruiter)

We are seeking sales-minded recruiting professionals that want to grow their career. Our areas of expertise include eDiscovery, business development, marketing, consulting and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates
  • Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts
  • Attend industry conferences, webinars and events

50% outbound phone calls

  • Scheduling interviews including prep and debriefs
  • Create multiple touch plans including follow up emails, sms, LinkedIn messages, voicemails, etc.
  • Responsible for contacting existing and new candidates daily

25% Research and Sourcing

  • Build and execute sourcing plans to develop and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Short list candidates in Bullhorn based on job or search specifications
  • Develop strong proficiencies with online research tools and Boolean search string methodologies

25% InMails, Emails, Social Media and Admin

  • Create, maintain and add new candidates to distribution lists, driving the creation of content (with team’s support) and follow up on leads
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
  • Develop a posting schedule and continuously engage with the marketplace through creative posts on social media
  • Coordinate call scheduling and follow up with outstanding action items and messaging
  • Continuously maintain the integrity of our applicant tracking system with accurate information

Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of recruiting or sales/business development experience
  • Phone experience highly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience with Bullhorn or a similar ATS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Social media proficiency to connect & network with both active & passive candidates
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be a team player
  • Passion and dedication to create distinctive sourcing strategies to attract candidates of the highest quality
  • Flexibility & ability to overcome rejections and objections
  • High energy and competitive personality with the ability and motivation to keep up in a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere
  • Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Ability to plan and prioritize daily recruiting activities
