The Senior Manager of Regional Marketing will focus on connecting various practices and industries, fostering a collaborative culture, and driving client-focused business development for the firm’s San Francisco office. This role will also assist in developing processes for knowledge management, coaching attorneys on best practices and identifying new areas of revenue growth.
The Sr. Manager will help create and lead the execution of a regional marketing and business development strategy. Will closely collaborate with the Director of Regional Marketing on special projects that have an impact on the entire department. They will help mentor and guide Regional Managers and Specialists, identifying training needs, and recommending actions to enhance the team's performance in data collection, agenda development, attorney coaching, and work product consistency.
The Sr. Manager will help define business development goals for partners in San Francisco, aligning them with the firm's overall priorities and will also partner with attorneys to lead the development of compelling responses to RFPs and other pitch materials, seizing new business opportunities, expanding existing client work, and promoting cross-selling across practice groups.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field. A minimum of seven years of progressive experience in marketing and/or business development, preferably in a law firm or similar professional services environment . At least two years of experience managing and directing the work of others, including performance management and supervision of employees.
