Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its rapidly growing Legal Services Division.
The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients, client counsel, and review teams, taking responsibility for overall process, quality, timeline and budget for document review projects. The manager will be responsible for managing multiple matters and teams across multiple clients at various stages of the litigation lifecycle. Managers will be hands-on, responsible for designing protocols and playbooks; setting up platforms and workflows; and overseeing QC and reporting. The Senior Project Manager is also responsible for providing guidance to our clients on overall new client implementation, workflow design, process improvement, and mitigating pain points. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast paced environment, who has a strong rapport with both the review teams and end clients, and who embodies a “do-what-it-takes-to-get-to-yes” mentality.
