Description

An eDiscovery industry pioneer is looking for experienced Senior Project Manager. The position can be remote or relocation candidates will be considered.

 

Position Functions:

 

  • Advise and scope eDiscovery workflows, project planning, database setup, etc. consistent with best practices
  • Proactively plan the workflow/requirements of each project with the client to ensure that the client’s expectations are fully understood and achieved
  • Gather requirements from the client and work with the team to ensure all specifications are being met
  • Manage the client’s expectations by providing routine detailed status updates and reporting
  • Consistently delivers proactive communication with clients and serve as point of escalation
  • Submitting the requirements into the internal systems
  • Tracking progress internally to ensure timelines and budget management are satisfied
  • Serve as client advocate
  • Ensure the client’s deadlines, project scope and expectations are understood
  • Identify, address and document new internal processes
  • Communicate client requirements in a clear and concise manner
  • Drives overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables
  • Works with clients to establish best practices and address any issues

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Relativity. RCA desired
  • 5 plus years of eDiscovery Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects and less experienced project managers
  • Excellent client relationship skills which include the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and organization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
