The Senior Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding the Firm's presence in New York. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to cultivate business with current and prospective clients and continue to elevate the profile of the New York office. In addition, this role will provide firmwide support to the White Collar practice.
The Senior Manager will operate as a strategic advisor to the Office Managing Partner. Develop strategies and approaches to facilitate collaborative business development, branding and targeted community outreach. Assist in developing and implementing practice group strategies to cultivate business with current and prospective clients. Work with firm lawyers to develop individual practice plans and support key initiatives. Work with tbusiness development and practice leadership to implement lateral integration plans for partners in the New York office.
College degree required and eight (8) or more years of marketing experience, preferably with a law firm or professional services firm. Strong business development credentials, including business planning, research, RFPs and pitches, and client development strategies.
