As a member of the Marketing Department's Communications team, the Senior Manager – Awards and Rankings has firm-wide responsibility for managing the identification, intake, evaluation and pursuit of award and ranking opportunities. The position requires a blend of process management, project management, strategic thinking, and communications skills. The individual will report to the Associate Director – Communications and work closely with the firm’s Business Development team. This position will have direct reports.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least seven (7) years of experience in a legal or professional services marketing or related role. Experience managing others. Experience with legal awards programs and leading legal ranking directories is strongly desired. Strong process orientation, attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects while overseeing overall workflow for a busy award nomination schedule
