Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is looking for a highly skilled and innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy & Enablement Attorney to play a central role in advancing the firm’s AI vision. This is a unique opportunity to shape how AI is operationalized across litigation and transactional practices, partnering directly with attorneys to improve efficiency, clarity, and execution throughout the entire process, from client engagement to trial, appeal, or deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a dedicated, high-touch resource for litigation and transactional attorneys seeking AI support, providing responsive guidance on prompt design, refinement, and execution tailored to specific matter needs.
- Assist practice groups in adopting AI enabled workflows through proactive outreach, hands?on support, and the development of prompts aligned with case strategy, matter objectives, and jurisdictional nuances.
- Collaborate across practice groups to gather feedback, assess needs, and identify opportunities for specialized AI driven support.
- Standardize and scale successful AI solutions in partnership with Innovation Attorneys, Technology and Information Services teams, and firm leadership.
- Participate in technology focused working groups, interdisciplinary management teams, prompting cohorts, and emerging technology pilots.
- Support the Innovation Attorneys in preparing and delivering presentations, training sessions, and web content that showcase practical and creative uses of AI across litigation phases.
- Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information in accordance with firm standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a law firm as an innovation attorney and/or practicing litigation or transactional attorney.
- Demonstrated interest in legal technology, innovation, and AI tools, with experience in prompt design or AI related project work strongly preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of AI concepts and principles as applied to legal matters.
- Proven ability to thrive in a service oriented environment, bringing responsiveness, reliability, and a proactive mindset to support litigators and cross?functional teams.
Required Credentials:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admission to a relevant U.S. state bar.
