Description


The Business Development Manager will support the firm’s M&A and Corporate practices, partnering closely with practice leadership to drive strategic growth initiatives across offices and practices. This role focuses on developing client targeting programs, managing pitches and presentations, overseeing sales pipelines, and identifying cross-selling opportunities that strengthen client relationships and expand market presence.

 

The position also plays a key role in helping partners execute business development plans and track results through CRM and reporting tools. The Manager will support a small group of M&A Partners to provide high-level service.

 

The ideal candidate is a strategic, proactive business development professional with strong communication and project management skills, experience advising senior stakeholders, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced law firm environment. Candidates should have at least seven years of legal marketing or business development experience, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, lead projects and people effectively, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

 

Hybrid schedule: Three days

Salary range: $200,000-$220,000
