Join a leading litigation practice in a strategic leadership role focused on driving growth and strengthening market presence. As Director of Business Development, you’ll work closely with practice leaders and firm leadership to turn priorities into targeted initiatives that build client relationships, uncover new opportunities, and support long-term success.

 

You will serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys, helping shape business development strategies, identify market trends, and develop plans that drive revenue growth. This role will also lead key initiatives around client development, cross-selling, retention efforts, profile-raising caaigns, events, rankings, and other visibility opportunities.

 

You will oversee the development of pitches, marketing materials, and content designed to help the firm win new business, while leading and mentoring a high-performing business development team.

 

Qualifications:

 

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of law firm or professional services marketing experience, strong litigation knowledge, and experience building and executing strategic growth initiatives. Success in this role requires sound business judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to partner effectively with attorneys and leadership across the firm.
