A leading alternative legal services provider is looking for a dynamic, experienced sales leader to spearhead growth and manage its West Coast team. This position leads a high-performing group of sales professionals, drives new business, and enhances overall team performance. The Director of Sales must excel at building, motivating, and developing top?tier sales teams while fostering strong client relationships and collaborating across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, a data?driven approach, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to craft long?term sales strategies that turn market insights into measurable results.
Experience supporting depositions, records management, eFiling, discovery, and trial services is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage Account Managers and Account Executives to exceed sales targets
- Develop and execute long?term, data?driven sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while optimizing the end?to?end client experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in senior sales leadership
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and a strong command of sales metrics
