Our client, a leading eDiscovery services company, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex eDiscovery matters for a Fortune 1000 company. The ideal candidate will serve as a case consultant, managing multiple projects for a single client, supporting legal teams through strategic workflow design, and ensuring the successful execution of all project tasks. This role involves collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including attorneys, paralegals, IT specialists, and external vendors, to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex eDiscovery projects, serving as the primary client point of contact and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Develop, monitor, and enforce quality standards for all project deliverables, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among internal teams, clients, counsel, and third-party vendors to maintain transparency and project alignment.
- Oversee technical aspects of projects, including data processing, extraction, format conversion, and troubleshooting to achieve client-specific requirements.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to junior project managers and project specialists, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Minimum of five years of client-facing project management experience primarily in legal technology, law firms, or eDiscovery service providers.
- Strong understanding of litigation lifecycle, Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), and experience with eDiscovery processing and hosting software.
- Certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven problem-solving, customer service, and client relationship management skills.
- In-depth expertise in Relativity or equivalent litigation databases.
- Experience leading training sessions and creating documentation for project teams.
- Familiarity with proprietary review platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor team members and influence project outcomes.
