Reporting to Legal Project Management (LPM) leadership, the role oversees legal operations across multi-jurisdictional disputes and compliance matters, managing end-to-end delivery, portfolio oversight, and local counsel coordination.
A key aspect of the role is client engagement: the Senior Manager collaborates closely with in-house legal teams to understand operational priorities, align on budgets and reporting, and deliver tailored solutions. They present operational insights at client and leadership meetings, guide local counsel through invoicing and compliance requirements, and advise on best practices for matter management. Additional responsibilities include driving process optimization, delivering strategic insights via tools like Power BI, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, local counsel, and clients.
The role requires expertise in legal operations, project management, and multi-jurisdictional portfolio oversight, with strong relationship-building and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools, legal tech, and Microsoft Office is essential.
Qualifications: Formal project management certification (APMQ or PMP), 5+ years relevant experience, advanced analytical and leadership skills, and proven success managing client-facing projects and delivering operational improvements.
