A growing eDiscovery service provider is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its team. In this position, you will lead complex eDiscovery projects in a dynamic, client centric setting. The Senior Project Manager will also direct a pod, while leading engagements that directly influence case strategies. Working alongside industry experts, you will deliver exceptional client service in a fast paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and associate project managers, ensuring client success in delivery.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex eDiscovery projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on matters, providing expert guidance and seamless communication.
• Design and oversee project workflows, resource allocation, and strategic approaches to meet client requirements and optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to develop tailored solutions, utilizing a strong understanding of all eDiscovery tools and analytics platforms. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing eDiscovery projects within a legal or professional services environment.
• Proven expertise in eDiscovery review tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing project teams.
• Excellent client service orientation, with superior communication and problem-solving skills.
• RCA or hands on experience with Relativity.
