A technology-forward Am Law 100 law firm is seeking a tech-savvy professional to serve as a trusted technical advisor and right-hand partner to their client engagement leaders. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of legal innovation—demoing AI tools, customizing solutions, and helping legal teams harness technology to optimize workflows.

About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll be a critical partner in demonstrating sophisticated AI-powered legal solutions, actively listening to client needs, and assembling tailored technology stacks for litigation and transactional law practices. You will act as a "tech incubator," gaining exposure to various in-house software platforms, and work closely with attorneys and clients to drive effective solution adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement & Solution Assembly: Conduct engaging product demos on AI, e-discovery, contract drafting, and review tools like Relativity, Spellbook, Kira, Harvey, and Diversify. Listen carefully to client challenges and co-create tailored solutions.

- Technical Leadership & Innovation: Act as a bridge between legal teams and technology vendors, providing insights into operational workflows, legal processes, and AI positioning.

- Business and Workflow Analysis: Collaborate with legal departments to map existing processes and recommend scalable tech implementations—particularly in litigation support and transactional law.

- Training & Enablement: Lead demos, facilitate workshops, and train attorneys and staff on new tech tools, fostering user confidence and adoption.

Qualifications

- Deep understanding of AI, legal workflows, and legal tech solutions.

- Experience with Relativity aiR, Kira, Spellbook, Harvey, or similar platforms is preferred.

- Strong communication skills; able to translate complex tech into clear value propositions for legal audiences.

- Willing to travel, with flexibility for potential international trips.

- Experience working closely with attorneys, legal operations, or legal tech vendors is a plus.
