Our client, a leading eDiscovery services company, is seeking a forward-thinking Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize innovative solutions for complex eDiscovery and legal technology challenges. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who uses RelativityOne and Nuix, is passionate about operational excellence, and has a deep understanding of data workflows and a commitment to delivering defensible, scalable, and client-focused solutions. Pacific and Mountain time zones are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Problem Solving:
- Develop strategies for complex scenarios, including non-standard data processing and high-risk workflows.
- Translate ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable technical approaches focusing on feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for eDiscovery workflows, addressing processing failures and data transformations.
Operationalization & Program Enablement:
- Create scalable workflows by defining best practices and standards.
- Train Senior Data Engineers to ensure consistent execution aligned with SLAs.
- Document solutions for effective knowledge transfer to operational teams.
Innovation & Capability Expansion:
- Lead development and testing of new workflows and strategies for emerging needs.
- Identify efficiency enhancements and risk reduction opportunities in existing tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to automate solutions for greater impact.
Client Engagement:
-Work with clients to understand their needs and recommend strategies on data governance.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and build trust as a reliable advisor.
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or data services.
- Advanced knowledge of tools such as Relativity, Nuix, and similar platforms.
- Strong expertise in data processing, deduplication, imaging, OCR workflows, and export strategies.
- Familiarity with adjacent technologies like TAR/CAL, Early Case Assessment tools, structured data systems, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, M365).
- Experience working with analytics, AI tools, and advanced data collection techniques.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing solutions for high-complexity legal matters.
