In this strategic role, the Solutions Architect will serve as the technical ambassador, collaborating closely with sales professionals and prospective clients within the legal industry. This individual will leverage deep expertise in litigation workflows and legal technology to demonstrate the value of AI solutions, support proof-of-concept initiatives, and gather critical customer feedback to inform product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead tailored technical demonstrations of AI solutions, effectively communicating the benefits and integration possibilities to law firm partners, General Counsel, and legal operations teams.
- Manage the technical lifecycle of proof-of-concept projects, establishing success criteria, overseeing data ingestion, and ensuring measurable ROI for clients.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to identify client technical requirements, security standards, and existing technology stacks, including document management systems, eDiscovery tools, and enterprise content management platforms.
- Act as a primary liaison between clients and internal product teams, translating client feedback into actionable insights to inform product roadmaps and feature development.
- Navigate technical and security discussions with law firm IT departments and corporate compliance teams, addressing questions related to data privacy, encryption, cloud security, and regulatory compliance.
 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical client-facing role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated ability to present complex AI concepts effectively to legal professionals, including law firm partners and corporate legal leadership.
- Strong familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, APIs, and cloud security protocols.
