The Senior Business Development Manager serves as a strategic business development lead for the firm’s Energy and Capital Projects & Infrastructure practices. This role will work directly with practice group leaders on strategic planning and execution of business development and marketing initiatives for approximately 100 lawyers. The Sr. Manager will oversee one BD Specialist. 

Qualifications:

Candidates must posses a Bachelor's degree, plus any combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. At least nine (9) years of business development experience, preferably with a law firm. Proven experience managing and developing teams, as well as managing multiple direct reports. Experience working with financial service and litigation practices.

Salary range: $160,000-$180,000
