Seeking a Senior Manager to partner with transactional lawyers and business development teams to win new work through compelling proposals. This role leads the development of tailored pitches, translating complex legal and business concepts into clear, persuasive narratives that showcase the firm’s strengths across M&A, Securities, Capital Markets, and related practices.
Working directly with partners, the Senior Manager shapes strategy, drafts and refines materials, and ensures each submission is precise, differentiated, and aligned to client needs. The role also oversees content development, maintaining a library of experience, deal credentials, and reusable materials to enable efficient, high-quality responses.
This individual owns the proposal process from intake through delivery—managing timelines, synthesizing feedback, and ensuring consistency and excellence. They leverage market insights to sharpen positioning and track outcomes to continuously improve performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong transactional fluency, exceptional writing and project management skills, and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. Experience in legal, investment banking, or consulting environments is preferred, along with a sharp attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and commitment to quality.
