We are looking for an individual contributor who has a proven track record of success in eDiscovery sales. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identify, research, and target prospective enterprise-level clients within the legal and corporate sectors, developing strategic approaches and compelling materials to generate new business.
- Cultivate and qualify a robust pipeline of potential new clients through strategic outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
- Architect and articulate creative, tailored eDiscovery solutions that directly address client needs and pain points, leveraging our comprehensive service offering.
- Develop and deliver impactful, original content for high-stakes business presentations, both internally and externally, demonstrating thought leadership and value.
- Rigorously document all marketing and business development activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress within Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Represent the company at industry-leading conferences, actively participating as a thought leader, presenter, or panel moderator to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Consistently generate opportunities that result in significant net new revenues, contributing directly to the company's ambitious growth targets.
- Exceed annual quota expectations, demonstrating consistent high performance and strategic sales acumen.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in eDiscovery or legal technology sales, with a deep understanding of the full eDiscovery lifecycle and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding annual sales quotas, with a history of selling $2M+ annually to enterprise clients.
- An intimate understanding of eDiscovery technology, including emerging trends and innovative solutions such as Artificial Intelligence, predictive coding, and advanced analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Office 365, Salesforce, and other associated business development and CRM tools.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet demanding deadlines.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and legal concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- A strong understanding of brand development, multichannel marketing concepts, and how to leverage them to drive demand.
- High level of comfort and confidence in interacting with senior-level clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership ability, exceptional presentation skills, and the capacity to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to travel as required to meet client needs and attend industry events.
