Our client, a eDiscovery Services provider, is looking to add an experienced Business Development professional to their team. This strategic senior role is pivotal in driving new business revenue within the legal technology and information governance sector. You will serve as a client-facing strategist, responsible for identifying and cultivating opportunities that align advanced products and services with the complex needs of clients. Success in this role requires collaboration across internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery, while also elevating brand presence as a trusted provider of information governance and eDiscovery solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a personal revenue plan aligned with business growth objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas.
- Create and manage a targeted client portfolio with clear revenue expectations, while building and sustaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong client and partner relationships, implementing strategic initiatives to drive long?term partnerships and maximize retention.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and deal transparency by adhering to internal sales pipeline protocols and best practices.
- Enhance market presence by collaborating on thought leadership and marketing campaigns, and representing the organization at industry conferences and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; JD or other advanced degrees highly regarded.
- A minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in litigation, eDiscovery, or legal technology sales, demonstrating a proven record of quota achievement.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, visual presentations.
- Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities, adept at navigating matrixed organizational structures.
