Before Celeritas, James spent more than two decades as a business relationship executive and strategic advisor to in-house counsel, corporate risk officers, and law firms, focusing on their most critical initiatives related to data governance, compliance, and discovery requirements. James helped his clients navigate discovery and analysis demands associated with all forms of electronically stored information - developing and implementing innovative technology solutions to solve complex data challenges across a diverse portfolio of corporate risk, legal, and regulatory matters.

James attended the University of Maryland, where he majored in Government and Politics. He is based out of Washington, DC, and lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife and two kids.
