Jason Caramanico leads our most senior level searches spanning marketing, sales, operations and finance functions for clients globally. With over 10 years of recruiting experience in the legal industry, Jason is able to leverage his vast network of relationships to achieve success for his clients. He approaches each engagement with a defined process to ensure a winning outcome for both client and candidate. 

Prior to joining Celeritas Recruiting in 2013, Jason served as a Sr. Recruiter & Account Manager for a boutique search firm based in Irvine, California. Jason’s diverse background extends beyond recruiting as he spent the earlier part of his career in financial services. 

Jason earned a B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. 

Jason currently resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with his wife, Alycia, and their two children.
