Kjerstin joined Celeritas Recruiting in early 2022 and quickly demonstrated her ability to adapt to a new industry. She smoothly transitioned from regulatory and compliance work in the banking sector to legal and professional services recruiting. Kjerstin contributes to the daily workflow, maintains relationships with clients and candidates, and assists with various administrative tasks for the team. Whatever the need, Kjerstin will make it happen.

Currently, Kjerstin lives in San Diego, California with her husband, Jason, and their two German Shepherds, Loki and Thor. Kjerstin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Biomedical Sciences from Concordia University-Wisconsin. She was also a member of the women's lacrosse team for four years.
