Description


The Business Development Coordinator supports marketing and business development efforts for the Corporate group and related practice teams. Responsibilities include coordinating client and prospect research, bio updates, graphic design requests, pitches and proposals, events and webinars, social media and blog posts, newsletters, award submissions, and other marketing and internal communications needs. This role helps enhance the firm’s profile, strengthen client relationships, and promote collaboration across groups. The Coordinator will also track experience and engagements, assist with internal reporting, and support firmwide initiatives as needed. Acting as a key member of the Corporate team, this professional will manage shared projects and independently lead tasks that raise the group’s internal and external visibility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualifications:

 

Education: College degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a professional services marketing role is desirable but not required. The candidate must be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong writing ability, a positive attitude, and great work ethic. Must have demonstrated experience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment.

 

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Salary: $68,000-$78,000 (non-exempt)
