Director of Events
The Director of Events leads the development and execution of an integrated event and partnership strategy to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and enhance client relationships. This role oversees all aspects of event planning, sponsorships, and partnerships to ensure alignment with business goals and brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute a comprehensive event and partnership strategy that drives business development and brand impact. Manage planning, logistics, budgets, and execution of high-profile events. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and sponsors, negotiating agreements that maximize value. Collaborate across business development, communications, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. Track, analyze, and report on event and partnership performance, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement. Oversee budgets, optimize resources, and identify cost efficiencies. Stay current on industry trends and innovations to evolve strategy. Ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and maintain brand consistency across all initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 8+ years in events, partnerships, or marketing with proven success in large-scale initiatives. Strong leadership, project management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; travel required.
Hybrid schedule: Three days in the office per week.
