The Public Relations and Communications Manager will execute strategic communications that enhance the firm’s brand and support business goals. Reporting to the Director, this role leads firmwide PR initiatives, website and blog content, social media strategy, and the awards and surveys program, while managing internal communications efforts and select external agencies.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing integrated communications plans, producing digital and print materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and identifying media opportunities to promote firm and lawyer news. The Manager will collaborate with marketing and business development colleagues to create engaging, inclusive content and drive firmwide initiatives, while supervising team members and fostering a service-oriented culture.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism (law firm/professional services experience preferred), with proven team leadership and strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Must demonstrate discretion handling sensitive information and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office per week.
