Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to collaborate with clients, ensuring their successful adoption and use of the software. As a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager, you will work closely with the executive team to understand and fulfill client requests and assist clients in various ways to help them achieve their litigation goals. This remote position can be based in the United Kingdom, Israel, or Australia. 

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with document review projects and other client-requested tasks using the product
- Answer any questions from clients concerning the proper use of the product as promptly as possible
- Schedule and lead calls with clients you are responsible for assisting
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and strategies
- Assist in identifying and resolving technical or workflow issues that arise for customers who utilize the platform
- Track client projects, provide status updates, and escalate issues in a detail-oriented manner
- Take and organize notes on calls involving the clients you are responsible for assisting
- Help prepare members of the executive team for meetings with the clients you are working with, who are responsible for assisting
- Collaborate with the CEO and other members of the executive team to draft and publish resources on the use of AI in litigation
- Systematically track product improvement suggestions from clients and send these to the product management team
- Develop and carry out protocols for testing various aspects of the product throughout its development
- Test the product and provide the results of testing to the engineering and product management teams promptly
- Collaborate with other members of the customer success team to develop, draft, and update internal documentation on the product's usage

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience as an eDiscovery or eDisclosure professional
- Knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and industry standards
- Strong understanding of the e-discovery process, including collection, processing, review, and production
- Experience collaborating across various departments
- Experience with customer service would be ideal
